BEAUTIFUL HOUSE LOCATED in the gated community of Stoney Point Landing. Wraparound porches provide a picturesque view of Smith Lake from many vantage points, and a "crow's nest" which the kids all love.
This house is perfect for families and gatherings of friends - with all 4 bedrooms having their own private bath, and all bedrooms have a television. There are two bikes for the renters' use. Books and games are also available. There is a gas grill for renter's use. And an extra refrigerator on the porch for your storage needs.
Dining table that seats 10 comfortably and overlooks the lake, providing a spectacular view of the lake while dining together, and the homeowner is a gourmet so there is a fully equipped kitchen including serving pieces. There is also a Keurig coffee maker (bring your own pods) as well as a regular coffee maker.
For young families, there is a "Toddler Area", which includes a sand box, two swings, chairs, and the entire area is covered with a thick layer of pine chips that the kids love to play on. There is also a fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

Home DOES HAVE WIFI, no satellite. Via ROKU and Youtube TV you get local and many other channels including: ESPN, SEC, ESPN2, Foxsports, and many others. Go to Youtube TV on the internet to check if your required channel is available. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and others are also included.
There are 5 TVs.
Cell service: ATT and T-Mobile are good, Verizon is limited.
The hot tub is NOT available for use.
Private dock with swim pier. Power on the dock. One boat slip is available for renters until September 1. After September 1, 2025, the slip and lift will not be available. There is plenty of room to tie up to both sides of the dock. The size of the slip on dock is 10 wide and 24' deep.
There are two kayaks with paddles, and a canoe and a paddle boat. (Swim pad in photo is no longer at the house).
Year round water.
The neighborhood has a quality boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. You can put your boat in and get back to the house (by car and boat) in 15 minutes. There is also additional parking and a children's playground and pavilion located at the community boat ramp.
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals.
OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 3 night min. and 30% discount (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas - 3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
You must be 25 years old to make the reservation.

NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
3 night minimum on holidays and New Years Eve.

The house and especially the floors were extremely clean!! We all enjoyed our stay with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen all though well stocked with everything was very clean. Other cabins we have stayed in had everyone from previous stays old condiments and soaps and shampoo left for the next person staying Which some may find nice and convenient but I like everything nice and clean. I would recommend this house on the lake to anyone.

We loved staying in the “Yellow House.” It was right on the lake. The dock was perfect for our family. We had 6 kids under 10 years old and they loved every minute. We were able to rent a boat, fish, go on a kayaking adventure and enjoy the fire works. The house it right beside graffiti rocks and they kids loved riding the boat to jump off the rocks. The house had everything you need. We never left to get food because we were able to prepare and cook every meal at the house. To top it off they had a huge firework show right across the water and our kids loved watching from the lookout! We will be back!

This house was great. There was plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed our weekend with family. There were a few downfalls, the sprinklers turned on in the morning around 10 am, which made the pathway to the lake slick, there was only three steak knives, which we had to share when we had steak, no big deal but wish there would have been more especially for the amount of people this house accommodates. It did get hot in the living room/kitchen/dinning room, would have been nice to have the option to pull some shades to help the AC keep up.<br/>Other than the few things this house was great. We enjoyed our long weekend with our family and would come back again.

Lovely place on Smith Lake
This is a gorgeous home with stunning porch views. We had so much fun playing on the dock and swimming every day we were there! The kayaks and pedal boat were so nice to have also!
Family Weekend
The house is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We rented a boat one day and enjoyed it throughly. It’s a wonderful place for a family outing but not if going out to dinner every night is what you enjoy. We enjoyed it and would definitely go back again.
Family Vacation
House was very nice, lake was perfect! The house was a little cluttered, but very nice. The bottom door of the refrigerator kept coming off and the internet stopped working the day before we left.
