This property is very convenient to Duncan Bridge Marina as well as shopping in Jasper/Birmingham. 1 boat slip is available for renter's use, no boat lift, no power on dock. Two jet ski ports.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

This location was beautiful and convenient for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration. It was easy to get into Jasper for the fun restaurants. In addition, the kitchen worked for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. <br/>The beds were comfy. The fireplace was a nice touch! This was our second time at this lovely home. We would come again.

Great place to stay with family and friends
A group of 11 stayed here and had an amazing time. The house is incredible and the views are amazing. The dock is a great place to hang out and swim. The water is so beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time and would 10000% recommended!
