The boat launch on the property is not available for renter's use. There is a nearby boat launch for renters to launch their boat.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU SIGN THE ELECTRONIC RENTAL AGREEMENT. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

This house was the perfect place for our group. Close to the water with an easy walk to the dock and not one but two living spaces made our trip perfect! They sent a handyman right out with a minor issue with the stove and communication was very easy. Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house
We had an amazing stay at Smith lake house! The home was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The location was quiet yet convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood. Every room on every level was clean and spacious for our big group, and had everything we needed. Some were enjoying the fireplace while others enjoyed the lake view. We would highly recommend it.
The Arches
Our family gets together each summer on Smith Lake and the Arches has enough room for our large group. Each room having a bath room is a big plus. Suggestion for improvement: For what is charged for rent for a week, would expect better quality grills or to at least replace existing with new. Makes grilling for a large group a challenge. Also downstairs kitchen is very poorly stocked with silverware, cooking pans/pots, etc. Not convenient to go upstairs to take from upstairs kitchen inventory
This place is awesome! Especially for multiple families or couples. The pictures do not do it justice - way bigger and roomier than the listing shows. Each bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom PLUS a bunk room with 4 bunk beds and its own bathroom. There are couches and daybeds too so a lot of people can stay comfortably. There are also 2 full kitchens and 2 full laundry rooms. The house has a boat dock and is on a beautiful part of the lake. I have nothing bad to say about this rental. We not only would stay there again but have recommended this house to everyone. There were fresh flowers in both kitchens when we arrived which made for a very welcoming entrance

We rented this home for our family's Thanksgiving 2023. It was more than we imagined and more than advertised. The home is so well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It is set up to accommodate large groups and allows everyone to maintain privacy. It has lots of common areas for socializing. This area of Smith Lake, where the house resides, is so very beautiful. The yard is very nice, clean, and safe. The outdoor areas are pristine and accommodating. The home has two large kitchens, two large living rooms, other common areas to gather with awesome bedrooms that all appear to be master bedrooms. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

We were last minute looking for a place to grieve the loss of our dear mom/nana. This place was available. It was nice, large enough and a definite blessing. The fact that it was still available last minute is likely because it’s a fairly remote location and is not as nice as many others at the same price point. Almost zero amenities. really just bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms and outside seating with water access. Most places at this price point will have a game room with pool table, a fire pit, nice grill, kayaks/paddle boards, etc. this one only had a ping pong table and old charcoal grill. like I said, it was a great last minute find and a blessing for sure. But for the same money, there are much nicer spots with more amenities and better location if you can plan ahead. Oh, one more thing to note, the customer service was great. We had a breaker trip in the kitchen and someone was there to access the panel for us very quickly after calling the help number. …just thought of one other thing. Some local dog likes to knock the trash cans over at night and get into the trash. So beware, there’s a daily effort of cleaning up strewn garbage. 🙁 All in all, we would recommend this place, hence the 5 stars. Just being open about a few of our observations.
