The boat launch on the property is not available for renter's use. There is a nearby boat launch for renters to launch their boat.
Please note that the dock hits ground when the water level reaches 500 MSL (usually November). Water levels can be checked at .
Please Note: The owner has Security Cameras installed at the front door/porch, and on the covered porch.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU SIGN THE ELECTRONIC RENTAL AGREEMENT. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

The property was beautiful and perfect for our extended family of 17 for the weekend. Each bedroom had its own bathroom (which was very important), and the home was lovely. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, cooking family dinners, and spending time together. We will be back!

No complaints, great time on the lake. Great to have so many bedrooms with their own bathrooms/showers. Bring some lawn chairs or flotation devices for the dock if planning to swim there

This house was the perfect place for our group. Close to the water with an easy walk to the dock and not one but two living spaces made our trip perfect! They sent a handyman right out with a minor issue with the stove and communication was very easy. Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house
We had an amazing stay at Smith lake house! The home was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The location was quiet yet convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood. Every room on every level was clean and spacious for our big group, and had everything we needed. Some were enjoying the fireplace while others enjoyed the lake view. We would highly recommend it.
The Arches
Our family gets together each summer on Smith Lake and the Arches has enough room for our large group. Each room having a bath room is a big plus. Suggestion for improvement: For what is charged for rent for a week, would expect better quality grills or to at least replace existing with new. Makes grilling for a large group a challenge. Also downstairs kitchen is very poorly stocked with silverware, cooking pans/pots, etc. Not convenient to go upstairs to take from upstairs kitchen inventory
