L & L Lodge (Leslie and Louise Lodge) - Beautiful home and gorgeous lake view! LOCATED in the gated community of Stoney Point Landing. Super easy access to the lake (3 steps). With a quality complimentary boat ramp located less than 1 mile from the house. All inclusive with additional parking and a children's playground and pavilion located at the community boat ramp.
Plenty of room inside with over 4,000 sq.ft. Of space with vacant lots on either side. Also, both upstairs and downstairs seats 6 at each table and 3 at each bar. On the porch there is a 6-top table with plenty of outdoor seating. Bedrooms 1-3 are on the main level. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are downstairs. 4 of the 6 bedrooms have private have a bathroom.
Relax on the screened in porch or outside while playing pickleball, corn-hole, or croquet. Relax lakeside by the fire pit in the evening enjoying s’mores!
Only a few steps down to the dock. Dock has 2 slips available and there are 3 kayaks in the garage for you to explore the beauty of Smith Lake.

Six bedrooms with 5 full bathrooms. Sleeps 14 in beds and maximum occupancy of 15.
Bedroom 1: King size bed on main level.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed on main level.
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed on main level.
Bedroom 4: King size bed downstairs.
Bedroom 5: Queen size bed downstairs. (Additional sleeping on fold-out ottoman downstairs (1 person).
Bedroom 6: Mother-in-law Suite, located above garage: Queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette and living area with couch and twin size bed.
Three bicycles for guest’s use. Must be returned to the garage after use.
Kayaks for guests’ use. Must be returned to their storage place in the garage after use. 2 adult kayaks and 1 child size kayak.
Security cameras: Located outside facing out from the house.
Wifi Internet provided.
Gas and charcoal grill.
Fire pit.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
* NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
Watercraft provided for guests: 3 sit-on-top kayaks.

The hosts were very communicative and prompt on their responses. They had all cook ware that was needed. Perfect location and perfect to house 8 couples and 2 singles. The water was perfect temperature! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Lake Smith Rentals in the future. We will be back!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home. The only thing I was really surprised by was when we walked up to the front door, it was very, very dirty from the bottom to almost halfway up. That made me a little weary of what I would see when I opened the door, but upon opening the door, I was pleased with the accommodations. The other thing was, as nice as the screened in porch was, the cushions had mildew spots on them, thereby caused a mildew smell when you tried to sit out there. I know it had rained, but this wasn't the reason for the smell. I believe a thorough cleaning of the cushions, or replacing the cushions would be the best remedy. Thank you again!

We loved L&L Lodge , it’s truly a beautiful home , it was perfect for our family it had plenty of room and it had everything we needed .. the property was soo nice, we loved the location and being back in that cove it was very relaxing and peaceful and I would love to stay here again!

The L&L lodge was an excellent place for my family to gather and enjoy the lake for several days. The house was just steps away from the boat house and the floats and paddle boats that came with the rental were very nice to have. The description of the listing was appropriate however the house was very dark. There were not many lights in the main level making the evenings darker than anticipated. It did appear that a fan/light was missing in the living room which would have helped with this issue. Overall our stay was wonderful and I would recommend!
