NEW Driveway recently upgraded!
Four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an outdoor entertainment building for gathering together, with a half bathroom in the outdoor entertainment building. There are three refrigerators for your convenience and storage needs. Four new televisions (32 inch upstairs in childrens' sleeping area, 40 in. on the main level, 55 inch in the lower den, 55 in. in the outdoor entertainment building). Gas grill.
This house is located on a beautiful 3 acre private lot which backs up to natural forest and Clear Creek Recreation area. Gorgeous aluminum double decker dock, swim dock and fishing pier. Easy walk to the dock with zero steps. One slip available for renter's use. Size of slip: 9' x 24' with an 8' ceiling. Power on dock. Paddle boat for the renters use as well as a corn hole game for the yard.

Boat launch located conveniently less than 5 minutes from the house, in Clear Creek Recreation area. There is a place to buy Ice where you put your boat in, less than 5 miles from the house. The house borders Clear Creek Recreation area, which is great for hiking and sight seeing.
We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week - 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum - OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night min. (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Great location. Protected cove and close to a boat ramp. Very "old school" lake house vibe. House could use some updating. A/C struggled to keep house cool enough during 95+ deg days and warm nights.

From the moment we walked it, it felt more like home than my own home. It was so cozy and clean. Our kids named it memaws house and we will be back to memaws house soon! This was the best laid back vacation for my family!

We enjoyed our stay at Clear Creek Escape. The property is set up really nice allowing for ample room inside and outside for guest. Having access to the dock with a boat slip for my boat is a huge plus.
