Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after a successful post-stay inspection. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Any injury or loss sustained on the property
Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages)
Errors or omissions in property listings
