A charming guest house above the garage provides a complete mother-in-law suite with two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, and living area—perfect for additional guests or extended family.

Inside, you’ll find a dining table that seats eight, plus extra seating for six (at one table) and five (at another table) more outside on the deck. Two additional spots are available at the kitchen bar.

Enjoy year-round water and convenient access to one boat slip (included for guest use). The dock also features two PWC ports for jet skis and two sit-in kayaks for exploring the lake. There are 63 steps to the dock.
