COME RELAX AT SMITH LAKE RETREAT! This retreat located in Cullman County, overlooking beautiful Smith Lake. The interior includes 4 bedrooms, sleeping 10 people, and three full baths and a laundry room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, and gas grill for your cooking needs.
A short boat ride or drive to Trident Marina for a lunch, dinner or cocktail. Enjoy the beautiful nature of Smith Lake or it is also a short drive into Cullman, for dining, shopping and local festivals!

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE

The home is very cozy. There is plenty of room to move around. The table only seats 6.. the home will hold 10 comfortably. The dock as of 7/19 is not two levels so the kids and husband were extremely disappointed. The briar vines on each side of the front door needed to be cut very badly. There is Virginia creeper and poison ivy growing up the poles coming up to the top deck(we have 3 in our group that are highly allergic) and a good bit of poison on the stairs going down to the lake.. The dock doesn’t have lights or lights going down to the dock. The kitchen does have all you need, the water gets hot super fast, the beds are comfy, and the lake is amazing😊

The house was as expected cozy and clean plenty of room everything you needed was there plus more only problem we had with the property was we had some elders staying at the house and the driveway was very steep and had very big cracks so they was tripping hazard if your a boater the only problem with the dock was there is no power to charge the battery’s and no cleats to tie too except one that I seen

Overall great experience. Easy in... Easy out. Everything seemed as stated. Close proximity to marina boat rentals, dining, and convenience store.
Found it very amenable for our family needs. Very convenient to marina. Access road very rough, if you are in a hurry, lol. Will try to get this property again.

Perfect location on the lake. The house was as described. Children had the ground floor with foosball and lots of movies.
