RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

Perfect getaway for my wife and I. Grounds and house very well taken care of and lots of amenities. We spent most of our time enjoying the screened in porch. Look forward to the next visit.
