Three bedroom / 2 bath house located in Double Springs, AL on beautiful Smith Lake. This house boasts an open floor plan with a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Dining area seats 6 comfortably with an additional 2 at the bar. Additional seating at the table on the porch.
Outdoors, enjoy the fire pit overlooking the lake, or relax on the screened in porch.
Gentle easy walk to the dock with very few steps. Dock with swim pier. Dock has one boat slip available for the guest's use.

Please note: Icemaker in refrigerator is currently broken (appliance company has been called but will not be repaired in time for your visit). There is a standalone icemaker and also ice cube trays for you to use.
NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

Was an awesome place to come back to and unwind after our competition. Very quiet and peaceful to sit on the screened in porch and enjoy the bug free air. Would definitely bring my family back for a fun stay on the lake.
