A fully furnished kitchen, new comfy beds/linens and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Check out the sunset from your patio! The property has a two pools (open May 1 - October 31), fitness area, basketball and pickleball courts. A shared charcoal grill is there for your use. In addition to all the activities offered with the property, bring or rent a boat for playing or cruising the lake and "Chasin Sunsets"!
"Chasin Sunsets" at Mallard Pointe is less than 15 minutes from I65 and 20 minutes from Cullman. The area offers festivals, concerts, hiking, golfing, boutique shopping, antiquing, something for everyone!
This condo sleeps 6 in beds, 8 maximum occupancy. Hair dryers in all 3 bathrooms. Towels and washcloths provided, as well as bed linens. There are televisions in all the bedrooms with WIFI, board games, books, cards and card table, pickle ball set and a basketball. So much to do at this popular vacation property - The Amenities are like no other place -: 2 pools for guests' use (open May 1 - October 31); Basketball court, Pickleball court, Club house, Fitness Room and private boat slip!

Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
