Seven bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this house sleeps 18 in beds. Bathrooms are located as follows: Full bathroom on main level (master bath); 1/2 bath on main level, Full on second floor, Full downstairs.
The kitchen seats 6 at kitchen table, 2 at the bar, 4 at high-top table, 8 at dining room table with additional 2 chairs.

Primary bedroom: King size bed - main level
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - located on second floor
Bedroom 3: Three twin beds - located on second floor
Bedroom 4: Queen size bed- located on second floor
Bedroom 5: King size bed - second floor

Bedroom 7: Queen size bed - located in basement/downstairs
Year round water. 2 boat slips available for guest's use. Swim pier on the dock. No power on the dock. Lily pad float on dock.
Wifi available. Televisions located in living room and downstairs.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

We had a beautiful stay. Loved being on the lake. Home was large enough to accommodate our large family snd it was one for the memory book. <br/>Great Hosts, highly recommended!!

From the moment we first opened the door, until the last time we walked away from the house, this property simply made our visit amazing. Our kids were able to go fishing, we played ping-pong, we had the foosball table, but we spent most of the time at the house, playing card games and just conversing…ya know, just making memories. Plenty of space so that if anyone wanted some peace and quiet, they could absolutely have it (not that our family is known for “peace and quiet”, LOL). <br/>For a larger gathering, I would absolutely recommend this “Generations Cove” property. We had 15 people staying at the house, and could have easily accommodated 4 more. Close enough to a nice golf course so we could go for a “Father’s Day” outing, and still be fishing and swimming in the afternoon.

Could use a can opener and cookie sheet. Blinds didn’t work properly. Back door sticks hard to open. All in all. Beautiful and I would book again.
