Welcome to Dock & Awe - a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bath lakefront retreat perched above the clear, deep waters of beautiful Lewis Smith Lake. This spacious home was designed for relaxation, gathering, and making memories with family and friends.
Step out onto the porch or the double-decker dock and take in breathtaking views of the lake. Enjoy year-round water access, plenty of outdoor seating in classic Adirondack chairs, and a swim pier perfect for sunny afternoons on the water. Fire up either the propane or charcoal grill for lakeside cookouts, unwind around the gas firepit under the stars, or explore the shoreline with the provided kayaks.
Inside, you’ll find every comfort of home — TVs in every bedroom, plus large flat-screen TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The fully equipped kitchen features two refrigerators, ample cookware, and dining space for everyone: seating for 8 at the main table, 5 more at the kitchen island, 10 at the outdoor dining table, and an additional 4 at the porch table.

Dock: Boat slip is not available for guest's use. Mooring whips are installed on dock for guests to tie boat up. 2 kayaks for guest's use.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful cabin. It was such a great layout and the views were incredible from every room. The dock was amazing and we spent so much time in the water because the setup was so good. Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at the lake house! The home was very accommodating and had plenty of space for our family of eight. It was comfortable, well laid out, and the short walk to the dock was very convenient. The dock was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The double-decker dock was amazing, and the kids had a blast jumping off the top level and enjoying the lake. The Fourth of July fireworks on Smith Lake were incredible, and even with the increased boat traffic, it was such a fun experience. Our only small suggestion would be regarding the boat tie-up area. We were aware ahead of time that we would not be able to use the dry dock, and we completely understood that. We just didn’t anticipate how much boat traffic would come through that area during the holiday weekend. With all the waves from passing boats, our boat experienced more bouncing and bumping against the dock than we expected. This was a very minor issue and did not take away from our stay at all. We truly loved the house, the dock, and the memories we made with our family. It was a wonderful place for our family getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! It was absolutely perfect for our family—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The dock was fantastic and made spending time on the water so easy.The only suggestion we'd make is to provide access to the dry dock if you bring a boat. We tied our boat to the mooring buoys, and it took a little more of a beating from the water movement than we expected. Using the dry dock would definitely be the better option.Other than that, everything was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family lake getaway
