"Butler Branch Point" property - Beautiful lake home located in Arley, Alabama. Located on a private point, gorgeous spot on the lake, conveniently near Duncan Bridge Marina. You will love spending time outdoors on this awesome flat lot, there is a large yard for kids to play. Enjoy a game of badminton or corn hole with your friends and family! This property has an easy walk down to the dock, where you can swim off the swim pier, or explore the lake in the kayaks (2 kayaks for guest's use).
Sleeps 10 in beds, Maximum occupancy 12.

This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs maximum.
Great private dock with swim pier. 2 boat slips available for the guests' use. Power on the dock, but it can be turned off if the guests desire.
** NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
** PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE

Beautiful property!
Loved this lake house and the beautiful property it is on. The view of the lake and beautiful trees were my favorite. My dogs were living their best lives entire week. My only complaint is the tv in living room. Omg so hard to navigate but we only used it a few times. Loved it would go back.

Absolutely stunning location on Smith Lake and super convenient to Duncan Bridge. While the home is a bit older, it has plenty of space and had everything our group of 10 needed for a wonderful weekend on the lake. I would book again!
