A staircase of approximately 40 steps leads from the house down to the water and large private dock, where you can spend your days swimming, fishing, boating, soaking up the sun, or simply enjoying the incredible views.

The location offers big-water views and very deep water, making it an excellent spot for swimming, boating, and fishing. Kids will love exploring the natural rock shelf along the shoreline, a perfect place to splash around, climb, and create those classic Smith Lake vacation memories.

Back at the house, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Enjoy the lake views from the upstairs deck or patio, gather for meals, or relax after a day on the water.
