Welcome to Sip & Stay, your perfect lakeside escape on beautiful Lewis Smith Lake. Designed for relaxation, connection, and a little adventure, this spacious 5-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in beds, with extra accommodations for kids on cots—making it ideal for families or small groups. 2 full baths and 2 half baths.
Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting layout with plenty of room to gather. The dining area offers seating for 6, plus 3 at the kitchen island, and an additional 6 seats on the screened-in porch—perfect for meals with a view or evening card games as the sun sets over the water.

The house was beautiful and the walk to the lake was very easy for elderly and small children- no steps. There were so many comfortable sitting areas and places to gather. We had a blast with the included water toys and diving board. The owners have thought of everything for a large family gathering.

This was such a delightful trip !!! Most peaceful secluded lake house with all the bells and whistle!!! We had 12 people and everyone had a blast did not want to leave !!! We already trying to book another stay just need to find a good date for everyone do your family a favorite and book this house for an unforgettable weekend of non stop fun !!!
