Inside, you’ll find every comfort of home — TVs in every bedroom, plus large flat-screen TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The fully equipped kitchen features two refrigerators, ample cookware, and dining space for everyone: seating for 8 at the main table, 5 more at the kitchen island, 10 at the outdoor dining table, and an additional 4 at the porch table.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
