"No Deadlines" property - 2 bedrooms plus bunkroom downstairs! Sleeps 10 in beds. Maximum occupancy: 10. Dining room seats 6. Plus additional seating at table on deck. Welcome to No Deadlines! This was a weekend house originally started in 1969 and completed in 1970 by a family of four consisting of a husband & wife with their two small boys. They did all the work themselves on the weekends from start to finish with the help of the husband’s father. Nestled in a quiet cove off the main channel of Rock Creek, No Deadlines was extensively remodeled starting in 2024 and completed in 2025 by the oldest of the two sons and his wife. Originally the house consisted of two bedrooms and one bath with a low height basement or storage. The remodel included having the upper portion of the house raised to create more ceiling room in the basement so it could be finished for living quarters. The upstairs dining room, the downstairs bath and the lake storage room all were added on at this time as well. Remaining in the family but creating an environment for others to enjoy just as they did so many years ago. With all the business in the world, it’s nice to be able to relax at a quiet shaded place on the lake and get back to the simple things in life such as family and friends and forget about any deadlines that may be waiting back at the office. We truly hope you enjoy the lake fun, family, friends and relaxation as much as we do and create as many memories as possible. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed Bedroom 2: Queen size bed Downstairs: Queen bed and two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin) with TV in room (this room is open to the basement, no door separating) Wifi. TV streaming. Washer/Dryer. charcoal grill. Boat dock. 2 slips available for guest's use. 10'x28' and 12'x28'. Plus one jetski port. Great fishing off the gangway! Yearround water. Approximately 45 feet at full pool. Security cameras at front corner of house. All outward facing. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
