"Lazy Daze" - 3 bedroom and 2 bath - Located conveniently near Duncan Bridge Marina. This property is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends to gather. Relax on the porch which provides seating area with 4 person table and charcoal grill for grilling out. The dock has one covered boat slip available for the renter's use. Guests are provided one paddle board, a 8 ft kayak and a10 ft kayak! Water at the dock is too low to pull a boat in at 500 msl. Check the water levels in the off season if you plan on bringing a boat. To get the levels, google "Smith Lake water levels" Bedroom 1: King size bed with TV in room Bedroom 2: Queen size bed Bedroom 3: Twin and Full size bed (sleeps 3) - with a television in the room Additional sleeping on sleeper sofa and a futon. Sleeps 7 Max Occupancy: 11 2 full bathrooms. Charter cable and Internet RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Great place for a weekend at the lake!

Really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Daze. Location couldn’t have been more convenient to grocery and of course we got Cujo’s a couple times with it being so close as well. Access to the lake was great yet water was very calm as it’s just off the main channel. House was very nicely upgraded and stocked well with cooking utensils etc. Loved sitting on that big screened in porch over looking the lake. Neighbors were out swimming and all were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this rental property.

Great Lake house
My husband, my self and our 2 teenage sons stayed here while we attended Rock the South. This a fantastic location. Very close to stores and the marina. Josie was very spacious. We could have easily slept more people. Home was very clean and updated. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook. The back porch is so peaceful. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee on the porch and listening to water running from the creek. We were able to get our boat in and out of the slip easily. The slue is very quiet and great for floating. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.
Great place!
My husband and I were here for a week of work. This is such a beautiful spot on Smith Lake. We enjoyed the property/dock and the cable TV. This would be an awesome family vacation destination!
