Come enjoy the beauty of "Yellowhammer Hill" on Smith Lake! Located conveniently near Cullman, this house is only minutes from the interstate. This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms/ 2.5 baths in the main house and 1 BR and 1 BA in the garage apartment. It sleeps 17 in beds. Maximum occupancy: 17.
The dining room seats 8 and 6 more can be seated in other dining areas.

Amenities: Swimming Pool (depth of 5' and shallow end is about 3') , paddle board, Lily Pad floatation device, cornhole game, Smart TV, 80 inch television downstairs and Ms. PacMan video game. Outdoor ping pong table, lawn darts game, badminton set, and corn hole. There are also several board games.

The dock features 4 adirondack chairs and a table and 2 chairs. There is no electricity at the dock, however there is solar power for lights and the lift. You will have use of 1 boat slip and 1 PWC port. The covered boat slip measures 10x22 and has a lift.

Please be aware that the house is up on the hill and requires walking down a gravel drive to the dock. A golf cart can get you most of the way down but there is still a part of the drive to walk down/up.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
