The main level of the house features a queen-size bed in the first bedroom, while the second floor boasts a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a king-size bed in the third bedroom, and two sets of bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer plenty of closet space for your belongings.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, with modern appliances and ample counter space. Including an espresso maker!
Enjoy your meals at the indoor dining table that seats 6-8 or the large dining table and picnic table on the upper porch that can accommodate even more guests. The outdoor gas grill is also available for those who prefer to cook outdoors.

The family room is cozy and inviting, featuring two sofas, two chairs, a mounted TV, and a fireplace for those chilly nights. The full basement offers even more space for entertainment, with a ping pong table, game table, comfy sofas, and another mounted TV. Out the basement door is a second huge porch boasting another great view! Complete with a seating area and picnic table, it is a great extension of space.

The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a two-story dock and swim deck that provides easy access to the lake. The dock has one boat slip available and is equipped with dock chairs, swim noodles, a lily pad, and an inflatable kayak for your use. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE 25 YEAR OLD MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT.
