This beautiful lakefront home is nestled in the trees and offers spectacular views of the lake from its two fabulous large covered porches. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to escape to nature and enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors. The main level of the house features a queen-size bed in the first bedroom, while the second floor boasts a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a king-size bed in the third bedroom, and two sets of bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer plenty of closet space for your belongings. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, with modern appliances and ample counter space. Enjoy your meals at the indoor dining table that seats 6-8 or the large dining table and picnic table on the upper porch that can accommodate even more guests. The outdoor gas grill is also available for those who prefer to cook outdoors. The family room is cozy and inviting, featuring two sofas, two chairs, a mounted TV, and a fireplace for those chilly nights. The full basement offers even more space for entertainment, with a ping pong table, game table, comfy sofas, and another mounted TV. The house was clean and full of amenities, the beds were comfortable and the back porches allowed beautiful view and we ate most meals outside. The hummingbirds were lively too! The boat dock allowed swimming and boating fun and the weather was perfect!

Great location
It was a great location on Smith Lake. It had a covered boat dock that the kids loved to jump off and a lily pad that they loved. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

It is a beautiful home in a quiet area. It has amazing views. It was a bit smaller than I anticipated but was just right for our family. Our favorite spot was the dock and porches.
Great property in a great location. The basement ping pong table was a huge hit every night (we have a very competitive bunch). Very pleased with the whole experience
Great house, great location!
The house was fantastic! It was very clean and had several “adds” like extra sunscreen, aloe (in case you forgot to reapply the sunscreen) 🙂, earplugs (in case you have snoring houseguests), and several spices/staples in the kitchen. If you are familiar with the lake, you know Brushy Creek is great. It is normally less crowded than the areas closer to Duncan Bridge, which is exactly what we wanted. We had several new wakeboarders with us so we needed the less crowded part of the lake to let them learn. This house is very close to the Dave Wilson Circle public boat launch, too. The only small critique I have is the check in email did not contain the correct code for the lockbox; however Benjamin quickly assisted and provided the correct code so no harm. We will rent this house again.
