This 6 bedroom/ 4 bath house is just what you're looking for to get away for a week and enjoy the beauty of Smith Lake! The home boasts two large lake facing covered porches from where you can view the lake.

Kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to cook, including an Air fryer and cooking spices. The indoor dining table seats 8, plus there is seating for 3 at the bar, and the kitchen table seats 4. The house has Smart TV's, with Dish satellite, and internet is available. Lower level has 5 player card table, sectional sofa and television for relaxing after hours. Other amenities include: Cornhole game, Pac-man game table, lilypad, paddle boards.

The lake is very deep and clear and typically 35-50 feet deep off the dock. Yearround water. Boat slip is not available to guest's use. There is plenty of room to tie up to the dock.

WiFi Internet and Dish satellite TV. Cell service: AT&T works best, Verizon is spotty, internet calls work well!


RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
