BEAUTIFUL PET-FRIENDLY HOME LOCATED ON THE SIPSEY - convenient to Lakeshore Marina and Arley, Alabama - and a short drive to great hiking trails in Bankhead National Forest! Chef Troy's Restaurant is right down the road.
Comfortably furnished with everything you need for your lake vacation. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two living room areas (one on the main level and one downstairs) for family and friends to spread out. Dining area seats 6 and there are seats for 4 more at the island. Screened-in porch with view of the lake. The yard is flat and there are zero steps to the dock. Charcoal grill for your grilling needs and cornhole game for entertainment outside. Sit outside and enjoy the scenery by the fire pit!
Easy walk to the dock with swim pier! Kayak, paddle board, lily pad available to guest's use. Renters will NOT have access to the boat slip, but there are cleats and bumpers so they you can tie up next to slip. Water levels are low in the off-season. Please check water levels for boating if after Labor Day and before Memorial Day.

Pets are considered if fully house-trained and 40 lbs or less. This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

We had such a wonderful stay! This place feels like home away from home! The beds were comfortable, ample space throughout the house. We had a minor issue with the upstairs air not working and they were so quick to respond and fix it asap! I 100% would book here again! The kids loved hanging out and swimming all day at the dock, it’s such an easy walk to the dock too! No stairs!! They had so many games for the kids to play and we loved that!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very “guest friendly “ house layout. Very clean and easy access to the water. Will plan on renting again here. We’ve rented at several houses on the lake but this one is our favorite. So close to Lakeshore. Very convenient but also in a quiet slough.
Family Vacay 2024
My husband and I along with our three grown kids and grandkids enjoyed a few days on the lake. We brought our boat and jet skis. The house was wonderful for our group.
July 4th
Place was amazing and contact with management was great. Very quick to respond. Lots of water accessories and great dock. Loved the easy walk to the lake without a million steps to go down. I would recommend a few more towels for bathrooms. We had a great time.
