About This Property
"Raven's Nest" - ONE OF OUR MOST POPULAR LAKE HOMES - located in Crane Hill! You will LOVE the screened in porch with swinging bed! Three bedroom, 3.5 baths - this house comfortably sleeps 10 people with a maximum occupancy of 10. Dining room seats 4 people, and 2 more at the bar and 6 on screened in porch. Enjoy spending time at the dock with 2 kayaks and a lily pad for the guest's use. Grill out and sit around the fire pit at night on cooler evenings!
Downstairs has foosball and air hockey table and additional television, along with a trundle bed which sleeps 2.
Year-round water. BOAT SLIP available for Guest's use!
Bedroom Layout:
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Full/Twin/Twin bunk bed.
Bedroom 3: King size bed.
Bathroom between bedrooms 1 and 2. Private bath in bedroom 3, with a shower and tub.
Downstairs - Trundle bed (sleeps 2) and full bathroom
Amenities: WiFi. ; TV has Direct TV streaming. TV in living room and also in kids' room; Gas grill; Kayaks and lily pad; Fire pit; Covered Boat slip for guest's use. Steps to the dock, approximately 50.
Other Amenities: air hockey table, foosball table, Giant connect 4 game, Cornhole game, Puzzles, books, lounge chairs, Popcorn machine, extra refrigerator downstairs.
Pet-Friendly property, Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs max. No cats.
Security camera at door: Ring doorbell.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Friends vacation
The cabin was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything you could want and lots of snacks to go along with it. The views were great super quiet neighborhood. The decks were awesome. Had no problems at all. Everything was great. Would recommend would stay again.
Raven's Nest
We really enjoyed our stay at Raven's Nest, it was very clean. Screened in yard was great, I really like the extra measures that were taken to make sure your dog couldn't get out. We picked the right time of year to come, because it was just beautiful outside with the trees changing colors around the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Little slice of Heaven
Our visit to Raven’s Nest was exactly what our family needed. It was quiet and peaceful. The sunrise every morning over the lake breathtaking. Check in was a breeze. Everything that we needed was at our fingertips. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Great Lake House!
very nice time! everyone enjoyed it, had all that we needed for a comfy stay, loved the screened porch, kayaks and Lilly pad. Best part of all? DEER! They came right up to the front door and we loved feeding them the corn the homeowner provided in the closet. So neat!
Felt Right at Home
Beautiful home & the view was OMG day and night!! With the fenced in backyard, even our pup enjoyed the stay. Everything we could have needed was provided. A short drive to Cullman for groceries and we were set for the stay. The check in and out process was simple. Deer visited the front lawn almost daily and a few bunnies too. We enjoyed our downtime @ Raven's Nest - I have no doubt you would too.
Beautiful Lake Home
Wish we could have stayed longer - an unexpected emergency allowed us to stay only 1 night..... Highly recommend this beautiful home and lake view!
Wow! The home is comfy and has everything you need/want for time spent on beautiful Smith Lake. The bed swing on the porch was wonderful. Perfect for morning coffee and catching a nap. My husband and I were impressed by the well thought out “extras” the host had ready. From the welcome basket to the goodies for making s’mores. (Great idea for an evening by the fire pit) The fenced backyard was perfect for our Labrador. Thank you Raven’s Nest. We look forward to staying again.
Amazing place
We wanted to get away from the world and destress. This was perfect! No people, no one bothered us, the cleanliness was fantastic. It was exactly as advertised. We will be back! Ravens Nest is a dream home. Our dogs enjoyed their time there as well. We could not have asked for anything more.
