BEAUTIFUL 5 Bedrooms/ 3 full bath LAKEHOUSE located near Duncan Bridge Marina. This vacation home has everything you need for your family/friend vacation! Gorgeous home with an easy walk to the dock. Two living areas, with the downstairs area having TV, foosball table and full kitchen. You can enjoy the outdoor fire pit or relax on the covered decks (upper and lower).
There is a 1 story dock, with a boat slip for your use. 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. Approximately 20 steps to the dock.
Bedroom 1: Master suite upstairs with balcony- King size bed and Queen size bed.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - main floor
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed - main floor
Bedroom 4: Queen size bed - lower level
Bedroom 5: Queen size bed - lower level
Additional sleeping in basement lower living area, Twin over Full bunk bed.
Sleeps 13 in beds. Maximum occupancy: 13.
Wifi Internet. Weber charcoal grill. Fireplaces inside the house are not for Guest's use.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Great lake house.
Beautiful House
This is a great property and we would love to come back! However, it did not seem like the house was quite ready for our arrival.
We had a group of 8 college friends over a long weekend. The layout of the house was perfect and had all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed the large decks and porches along with the dock. We also used the kayaks which were nice to have on premise. The only issue we had was no wi-fi but there was an overall outage so nothing the owners could have done. The rental agency was very responsive throughout the weekend about the matter. We have already discussed coming back again because we enjoyed it so much
Relaxing
Plenty of sleeping areas for everyone and we really enjoyed the large deck and swiming spot near the dock.

The home was so beautiful while we had wonderful access to the lake. I cannot say enough about the management crew who make sure you have everything you need with great prompt responses! Thank you again!
Fantastic stay
We spent a week here and enjoyed our time immensely. The home is beautiful, the lake is fantastic and it was a great time of relaxation and fun. Our only issues were the back patio needs to be powerwashed, the hammock was in pieces and the Kayaks advertised as something we could use were filthy and one of the paddles was broken. In addition, there are no lifejackets available for use as required by law as we understand. We were happy to clean up the Kayaks and we did use them although before we were aware of the lifejacket requirement. Despite this, it was still in our top 3 of vacation experiences and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful property, relaxation and simply outstanding views.
Lake trip with 5 kids and their grand parents
My wife and I took our 5 kids to Smith Lake for 5 days. My wife's parents came also. We had an amazing week! The house is beautiful and accommodated our group very well. We ended up not using one of the bed rooms even with 9 people. It is an easy walk down to the boat dock, not too many steps like a lot of the houses on Smith Lake. Thanks for an amazing stay!
