BEAUTIFUL 5 Bedrooms/ 3 full bath LAKEHOUSE located near Duncan Bridge Marina. This vacation home has everything you need for your family/friend vacation! Gorgeous home with an easy walk to the dock. Two living areas, with the downstairs area having TV, foosball table and full kitchen. You can enjoy the outdoor fire pit or relax on the covered decks (upper and lower). There is a 1 story dock, with a boat slip for your use. 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. Approximately 20 steps to the dock. Bedroom 1: Master suite upstairs with balcony- King size bed and Queen size bed. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - main floor Bedroom 3: Queen size bed - main floor Bedroom 4: Queen size bed - lower level Bedroom 5: Queen size bed - lower level Additional sleeping in basement lower living area, Twin over Full bunk bed. Sleeps 13 in beds. Maximum occupancy: 13. Wifi Internet. Weber charcoal grill. Fireplaces inside the house are not for Guest's use. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Would not rent a property from this management company again. Please be aware this company communicates outside Airbnb with additional contract terms and prefers not to use Airbnb messenger, so communications are hidden. While the property was fine, I had problems afterward and would look elsewhere for any rentals on Smith Lake in the future.
We would not rent to this guest again. They were very difficult to communicate with. They left items at the property and instead of coming back to retrieve them they insisted that we retrieve them and drive them to a suitable place for them to get them. We did this in a timely manner, as our rental homes are located in rural areas and it is the holiday season. Guests were still not satisfied and left us a bad review although their actual vacation was seemingly great and their only complaint was retrieving their “left” items. Again we DID get their items back to them.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, and there was more than enough room for our family of seven. My son caught a nice size Bass fish from the boat dock. Pop's Place exceeded our expectations. We would love to come back again next year.

Everything we needed was there and we had plenty of room for the entire family. Kid really enjoyed floating around on the kayak's. We'll be back!

Great house, beautiful location on the lake, nice dock for your boat, easy access to 24hr public boat ramp. Will stay here again in the future.
