This homey retreat will remind you of your trips to your "Nana's house". Very comfortable lake house 15 steps from the water. You cannot beat these views or these decks. Great for family of friends to spend time together.
Property has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bath (one bathroom on each level of the house). Seating for 10 in dining area, plus 2 at the bar. Smart TVs in the main living area, master, and lower sitting area.
Amenities:
- Internet and WIFI
- Private dock with 12x28 slip, tieoffs, no lift. 12x24 swim dock. Jetski port. No power at dock.
- Charcoal grill.
- Parking for 3 cars
Bedroom #1: King size bed and two twin beds- on the second floor - with private bath
Bedroom #2: Queen size bed - main level
Bedroom #3: Queen size bed - lower level
Additional sleeping on lower level in TV room with a pull-out twin bed.
Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine).
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Cousins weekend
This place was cozy, quiet and was just perfect for us. They lay out of the property along with the easy access to the lake made this one we will want to book again.

Decent property, overpriced. Property is way outdated and needs TLC. Shower dripped, Bridge to dock was dry rotted and had hole in it. I fell on it when it got wet. Dire need of repair. As a family, we had fun despite some issues.
Thanks for the 4 star and feedback. We will get the shower looked at and ensure the dock and ramp gets any boards replaced. The property is priced in the middle of the range of houses in our program. The house is your typical older lakehouse. If updated it would be a lot more expensive as this house has one of the best porches, views, ease to the water and convenience.

Beautiful Views
The view and relaxation from the back porch can’t be described. The house is well appointed and is comfortable and has room for plenty of people. You can feel the love that went into the house. We enjoyed the stay and hope to return again later in the year.
