COME ENJOY putting on the Celebrity Golf Green! This property features it's own private putting green, for all the golf lovers! Located on beautiful crystal clear Maple Branch Creek - See pictures of the beautiful putting green overlooking the lake. Bring your putter and enjoy golf at the lake! This gorgeous home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Recently built and located on a beautiful lot in a private cove with an incredible view of the open water! It's a great fishing area, and a beautiful place to kayak or paddle board. The house sleeps 12 people in beds comfortably with a 14 person maximum occupancy. Dining room table seats 8 and there is even more seating outdoors with the view of the lake. Game table with bumper pool and ping pong table for inside entertainment. This house will become your favorite place to be on the lake! Boat slip is not available for the renter's use. Plenty of room to tie up to the dock with bumpers. Approximately 20 steps to the dock. Bedroom 1: King size bed - main level Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - main level Bedroom 3: King size bed - main level Bedroom 4: 2 sets of bunk beds Twin XL + Trundle bed (sleeps 2) - main level Bedroom 5: King size bed - lower level. Fire pit. Charcoal grill. Ping pong table. 2 refrigerators. Please Note: The owner has Security Cameras installed at the front door. Wifi: This house has Wifi. This property is NOT Pet-Friendly. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine). PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend in this comfortable, well stocked family home. My dad enjoyed the putting green, the kids loved kayaking in the cove, and we had enough space for everyone. The dining table, outdoor table, and game table were all out to use during our rain delays from the water. Also, the extra fridge/freezer and ice maker was an added bonus most homes do not provide.
The home is beautiful and immaculate. We had a large group and everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space. The kitchen is very well stocked and with two refrigerators there is plenty of room for food which is good since you will likely cook most of your meals here. Gas and charcoal grill are great. The putting green is very fun but prepare to practice for Augusta National because that green is like putting on an ice rink! Kids and adults both still had a blast with it. <br/>The boat dock is great and we had a great time swimming off it. The water is very deep just steps off the shore so it is great for swimming.<br/>Finally, the home is equipped with a generator which is incredibly convenient as the area lost power for some time during a heavy storm while we were there. Didn’t know the home had a generator, but what an awesome amenity to have. Saved the trip! <br/>We would absolutely love to stay here again.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It has a family friendly layout; is well appointed and furnished, and in a quiet secluded slough, and at the end of the road. The beds were amazing! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental (and we travel a LOT!) that we have ever stayed in!! We cooked... A LOT, and never found a utensil or cookware / appliance or kitchen item that was missing or needed. <br/>It also helps that my family lives and works close by, so it was very convenient to stay here and be able to come and go as necessary.<br/>We would most definitely stay here again!

We completely agree with you about the dishes. We are under new management and we are changing that rule right now with our cleaning staff. Family vacation
This was overall the best house we have ever stayed in at Smith Lake! You name it and they had it! We will be back to visit every summer!
July 4th Holiday
Our whole family loved staying at Maple Branch. The location, both land and water were awesome. Only downside was no covered boat slip for our boat. But we were aware of this when we reserved the location. Great holiday!!
