Wraparound porches provide a picturesque view of Smith Lake from many vantage points, and a "crow's nest" which the kids all love. There is also a Keurig coffee maker (bring your own pods) as well as a regular coffee maker. For young families, there is a "Toddler Area", which includes a sand box, two swings, chairs, and the entire area is covered with a thick layer of pine chips that the kids love to play on.
