Enjoy your home away from home in this 5500 sq. ft. , 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath. Sleeps 16. There are two 55" Smart TVs, plus a new 75 " Smart TV with Roku. , 2 kitchens, and also a game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and cornhole game. New additions to the game room are Air Hockey table, plus a Ms. PacMan cocktail table game and 150 arcade classes games.
Granite countertops in the both upstairs and downstairs kitchens with everything you need to prepare meals, including an air fryer, Keurig K -Cafe Coffee, Latte and Cappuccino maker and plenty of counter top space! The downstairs bathroom has new marble countertop and new faucets and bowls. Tempur-pedic bedding in Master bedroom.
Other fun amenities include 2 kayaks, and a paddle board for the renter's use.
Recent improvements include a completely remodeled master bath, glass enclosed marble shower with rain head shower and soaking tub! Also, upstairs remodeled walk-in marble shower with glass enclosure!"

Beautiful flat yard provides an easy walk down to the dock. Gorgeous lake views can be enjoyed on 2 patios and 2 gazebos. The gazebo even extends out in the lake for relaxing on the water! There is a fire pit on the patio at the lakes edge, for cool nights.
Gas Blackstone grill on deck and charcoal grill in gazebo. There is also a new Blackstone Griddle on the upper deck and a new beverage cooler in the downstairs kitchen.
Location, Location, Location! Conveniently located 15 minutes from Cullman off I 65 exit 305. Across the water from Smith Lake Park, just a half mile off of CR222! Less than one hour from Birmingham or Huntsville, or two hours from Nashville!
Gently sloping lot with no steps to the water with one open boat slip for your convenience! There are also 2 Wave Runner slips available for the renter's use. No power on the dock. Water level on the lake begins lowering around July 4, however this property has a "chase the water" system, so you should always be able to get to your boat.

The only issue we had was a hole in the swimming dock. This needs to be repaired for safety.
Relaxation
I must admit your home is BEAUTIFUL and very relaxing. Our stay was great and no issues at all. The only thing I would suggest is getting all the lighting in the front repaired seems like a few bad bulbs just so you know.

Amazing Property
Everyone in our family was thoroughly impressed with this property. We were able to relax, enjoy our time, and create great memories all weekend. Everything was well maintained and we had everything we needed and more. Plenty of opportunity and toys to keep everyone entertained and making the most of our weekend. Would definitely visit this property again.
Grateful for a wonderful place to stay
Had to book a home to stay with room for extended family on short notice. Lake Therapy was so perfect for our purposes. Large, comfortable, quiet with relaxing views. House was clean and well furnished (windows need cleaning and stand out due to such a beautiful view - but so do mine at home). Plenty to entertain young and old both inside and outdoors. Gazebo with fire pit surrounded by lake extraordinary and much appreciated.
A great getaway!
The property is just as it is pictured. This is a beautiful home that makes a perfect place for a family to gather for a fun time at the lake!
