Lake Life 105! This beautiful home located close to Duncan Bridge has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 15 people in beds with a 16 person maximum occupancy. There is a master bedroom with private bath on both floors. One bedroom on the main level, and four bedrooms on the lower level. The dining room table seats 8-10. "Lake Life 105" features a game room with a foosball table, skeeball and video games. Charcoal Grill. There is a salt water swimming pool overlooking the lake with a poolhouse. The pool is open April 1 - October 1. There are 4 single lounge chairs and one double by the pool. Bedroom 1: King size bed - private bath - tv in room (additional sleeping on twin size pull out sleeper/ottoman) - main level Bedroom 2: King size bed - private bath - tv - (additional sleeping on twin size pull out chair) - downstairs Bedroom 3: Full size bed and Twin over Full Bunk bed w/ Twin Trundle Bed - downstairs Bedroom 4: Queen size bed - tv - downstairs Bedroom 5: Bunk bed room - 4 twins and 2 custom shorter twin size (see pictures)- downstairs Additional sleeping on a futon in the downstairs game/Rec room. Satellite TV and DVD. AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile cell service is good. WiFi Internet service. Boat Dock: Approximately 10 steps to the dock. Yearround water. Power on the dock. 1 slip available for the renters' use. Dock has a swim pier. Dock slip is 24' deep x 10' wide and room to tie another boat up on the side of dock. Also, dock has a kayak launch. Wooden chairs are on the aluminum dock, and chairs and bench are on the stationary dock. 4th of July week has a 6 night minimum stay. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction

Can't recommend despite the Lake being perfect
Having read the VRBO reviews, I was still hopeful that the owners had learned from previous tenants that the property needed some significant TLC because it seemed to have so many positive attributes my family were seeking. However, we were incredibily disappointed to find that it is still filthy inside and out. The property clearly was once a nice lake house but the neglect in too many ways to even list here, renders it unenjoyable with the very first impression upon arrival being remnants of household trash on and around the front porch drawing flys. We had to pick up not only the previous tenants trash and wash the porch to stop the flys, but it was a daily issue having to figure out household trash disposal with the roadside bins being completely full upon our arrival. There are also safety hazards to be aware of with small children (i.e., gutter downspouts removed for an unfinished project lying all around the yard and pool area with sharp edges; several uncovered electrical outlets both inside the home and in the pool cabana; a broken/unusable chair on the dock, and missing safety hand rail for pool steps.) They were missing the 2 adult kayaks and the 5-seat pedal boat that were advertised. The only positive notes: the AC was adequate for the size of the home, the lake was amazing as usual, and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool.
Lake was amazing but would not recommend the house
The property was incredibly filthy inside and out. Cobwebs and dirt EVERYWHERE. All in and around the kitchen cabinets and everything. The outdoor entertainment area looked like it had been abandoned for years. It was disgusting and falling apart. Thermostat in the house was locked and set to 76. I spent the first hour of the trip trying to contact them to change it, which they did and we were so grateful. The downstairs mattress that I slept on was covered in pee stains and didn't even have a protective cover. I only noticed this because they ask you to strip the beds before you leave so we did. I guess the upside is I didn't find that out till the end of the trip. Took 3 showers when I got home. So gross!
Best Rental To Date
The house was clean, well decorated and very roomy. There were 9 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space to gather to eat, play games and to sleep. The property was beautiful and well supplied with the things we needed to cook. The salt water pool was a big hit after spending the day out on the lake but I did have to clean out the pine needles from the pool and sweep around the pool area when we got there. The only other negative is that we did not have internet service while we were there which we really needed because a couple of us still had work that we needed to do from our computers. We loved this property and will most likely rent it again next year unless we can find another place that will allow us to bring our dog with us (as she is very much a part of our family too)
Great location.
the property (house and cabana) were not very clean. We did not receive towels for all the bathrooms; the toilet seat in downstairs master was broken and light is out. Overall good experience, but could have been cleaner. Could NOT get TV internet to work the ENTIRE time.
I am sorry to hear the complaints in your review. We strive to have all of our places clean and ready for guests. Your review is the first we have heard of the toilet seat, light being out and internet/TV issues. We wished you would have called and given us a chance to address. We will be ensuring that all of the noted concerns are addressed now that we know and we will take a look at the cleaning.

Love smith lake, great location, loved having a pool for kids to play at as well as lake. We had 16 but house could easily sleep 20+.

This was a beautiful house with great views. Only negative was the distance between the pool area and the kitchen for meal planning. Otherwise, great place!!
