Lake Life 105! This beautiful home located close to Duncan Bridge has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 15 people in beds with a 16 person maximum occupancy. There is a master bedroom with private bath on both floors. One bedroom on the main level, and four bedrooms on the lower level. The dining room table seats 8-10. "Lake Life 105" features a game room with a foosball table, skeeball and video games. Charcoal Grill. There is a salt water swimming pool overlooking the lake with a poolhouse. The pool is open April 1 - October 1. There are 4 single lounge chairs and one double by the pool. Bedroom 1: King size bed - private bath - tv in room (additional sleeping on twin size pull out sleeper/ottoman) - main level Bedroom 2: King size bed - private bath - tv - (additional sleeping on twin size pull out chair) - downstairs Bedroom 3: Full size bed and Twin over Full Bunk bed w/ Twin Trundle Bed - downstairs Bedroom 4: Queen size bed - tv - downstairs Bedroom 5: Bunk bed room - 4 twins and 2 custom shorter twin size (see pictures)- downstairs Additional sleeping on a futon in the downstairs game/Rec room. Satellite TV and DVD. AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile cell service is good. WiFi Internet service. Boat Dock: Approximately 10 steps to the dock. Yearround water. Power on the dock. 1 slip available for the renters' use. Dock has a swim pier. Dock slip is 24' deep x 10' wide and room to tie another boat up on the side of dock. Also, dock has a kayak launch. Wooden chairs are on the aluminum dock, and chairs and bench are on the stationary dock. 4th of July week has a 6 night minimum stay. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction

We stayed at the house for a family reunion this July and it was a great experience! Lots of space for everyone! Great bedroom configurations and tvs in every room!The pool area and views MADE this house so worth it. Especially for grandparents that aren’t super mobile, they had a great view of all the grand kids flying by on tubes and jet skis out on the lake. We had a huge family night where we grilled by the pool and kids swam at night - so fun!The lake was so clean and so gorgeous! We had a toilet and sink that were slow to drain and the maintenance crew was so quick to get to us and fix it as soon as we arrived! I saw a few reviews about the cleanliness of the the house and I was hopeful we wouldn’t have that experience but unfortunately it wasn’t the cleanest! A lot of cob webs in windows and furniture was dirty! It needs a good deep clean, under furniture, windows and living areas! I think my biggest concern was having 3 little kids, I really wish there was some sort of chime or alarm you could turn on doors when a door is opened! There are quite a few doors across the house on both levels and it would be a great layer of protection! We are very aware and hands on parents and still had a close call with kids getting out w/out our knowledge. All in all, We made some really incredible memories this trip with our family and we would love to stay again sooner rather than later!

Great Location and Plenty of Space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a great location if you prefer to stay on the lake full time. The space was great for our large family. Although clean, it could use a little TLC in some areas of the home. Cobwebs in corners, the recliner didn't work, no power cord for the PS2/3 could be found, none of the Wii discs worked and it may be best to just take the out of the house. The biggest issue was the refrigerator not cooling. Instead of finding a solution the owner told us to just deal with it and nothing was wrong. However, the rental company was very helpful and we were able to gain access to a refrigerator in the garage, thankfully. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and everyone enjoyed their time there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 hiccups and maintenance came right out. The house was not as clean as I would have liked. The pool area was a bonus for the younger children. We enjoyed the kayaking when not boating. Kitchen was well furnished.
The trip & stay were great. But having to clean greasy dishes in cabinet. Running into cobwebs BLACK MOLD on matressses & by bathtub. Wet sheets in dryer. No toilet paper or towels. Etc. BBB pool was dirty. Couldn’t use on 1st day. Low water =blown pump. Cleanliness gets (- ) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Otherwise place was great
After a 7 hour drive, we arrived only to not be able to get into the house due the the lockbox code being wrong. I was sent the wrong code and could not get the key. I tried contacting airbnb and also Smith Lake Rentals but was unable to get in touch with anyone for a while. I understand it was after hours, but I was unable to get in touch with anyone even through their emergency line. Someone finally called me back 30 minutes later. The code had been changed Friday morning and I was never told about the new code. We were able to get the key but didn't have the code for the top lock of the door. We had to use the side door to get in and just didn't worry about it because at that point we were all tired, knew how long it took to get in touch with someone, and just wanted to get our vacation started.

All around great property. Plenty of space in the house, inside and out. Great host with quick responses and was helpful with questions.

Great house, lots of space, the outside entertainment area was awesome and we loved having a big fire pit, viewed the stars at night (saw starlink!), ac stayed cool, pool was a great option for the kids when we didn’t want to be at the dock. Any issues were addressed and resolved quickly by the management team. Dock is metal so will get hot. Pool area and outdoor space required clean up before being able to use (debris and trash). Home could use updating and you’ll find some cobwebs inside, however was clean otherwise. There are a few stores within 10-15 min drive. Overall really great experience and would stay again!!
