ONE OF THE MOST GORGEOUS VIEWS ON THE LAKE!!!!! This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house has everything you need to make your vacation on the lake perfect. Located in the gated community, "Stoney Point" - this home is situated on a beautiful flat lot, providing an easy walk down to the dock, with no steps. In addition, there is a sandy beach next to the dock, which kids love to play on. There are flat screen televisions in the living room and playroom with dvd players and movies for your use. The playroom downstairs has an X-Box with games for the guests' enjoyment. Your entire family can gather around the big dining room table for mealtimes, as it seats 8 comfortably. There is an elevator in the house but it is not in working condition. The gas fireplace is not operational at this time. You will definitely want to spend time on the large covered porch, complete with plenty of seating, 12-15 chairs and rocking chairs - as you enjoy the spectacular views of beautiful Smith Lake. Come experience the scenic beauty of the lake from this spacious house! This house has DISH television service and WIFI Internet. Cell Service: ATT and T-Mobile are good; Verizon is limited. Large Charcoal only grill. The neighborhood has a quality boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. You can put your boat in and get back to the house (by car and boat) in 15 minutes.The dock has two covered boat slips which are available for the renters' use. Boat slips are 10'x27' and 11'x27', no lift. Dock goes dry at 501 MSL. Google "Smith Lake Water Level" for current level. 510 msl is summer, 496 msl is winter. No power on the dock. There is also additional parking and a children's playground and pavillion located at the community boat ramp. GARAGE IS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR GUEST'S. OWNER USES IT FOR PERSONAL USE. The sleeping accommodations are as follows: Bedroom #1: Queen bed - Main level - private bath Bedroom #2: Queen bed - Main level Bedroom #3: 4 twin beds and 1 bunk bed - Downstairs - private bath Bedroom #4: Queen bed - downstairs - private bath Bedroom #5: Queen bed - upstairs - private bath Additional sleeping - Futon downstairs in playroom Max Occupancy: 18; Sleeps in beds: 14. 1 1/2 baths on main level, 1 full bath upstairs, 2 full baths downstairs RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE

The house was excellent for our family size. However, there were some security issues--the stacked tiles going down to the water were unstable. Also, railing was loose is several places. The sand bar was lots of fun for our 2 year old great-granddaughter. Inside, there were lots of broken tiles on the floor. The ice maker could not make enough ice for drinks much less taking on the boat. I have bad knees so the elevator was a God send!! Overall, I would rent the location again.
Overall stay was good. Property could have been cleaner
We had a great stay at this property. It was nice to have two spots for boats at the dock and the amenities were great. The property could have been a little cleaner: there was mold in some places and a musty smell upon arrival.
Awesome weekend!
It was an awesome weekend with 4 families reconnecting on the water! The house was big enough and provided some sweet opportunities to chill and enjoy each other’s company! The house is in need of some TLC……basic repair opportunities abound, but if you are with a group that doesn’t get hung up in the “little thing”, you’ll love it just like we did. Neighborhood is VERY quiet and peaceful. Even with lake down 9 ft for damn repairs, and storms rolling through regularly, we figured out how to enjoy the water and made it work!

The photos of this house on your site do not do this location justice. Beautiful view of Smith Lake, large back deck and dock to drop a fishing line. Bedrooms and kitchen were spacious. We will be back.

Great property that lacks cleanliness.
Location, property, and view was great. However it was not clean. Spider webs inside and rat droppings in cabinet drawer in kitchen. Luke warm water in the main floor bedroom shower. Faucets leaks in the kitchen. Tiles in kitchen are broken and loose. It was a pleasant surprise to find an extra refrigerator in the wash room and a small one down stairs that were not shown on website. I would stay here again if I knew things listed above were taken care of.
Hate you found these upon your arrival. We will address these items ASAP. The spider webs are hard to stay on top of as they are always working but we will ensure any rat pills are found and removed. FYI...we do have pest control at this house and no mice have been found. Please come back, the cleaning will meet your expectations next time. We will also figure out what is going on with the water temp and faucet leaks. The tile grout is starting to give way and the tile floor will need to be replaced. It is is on the long term plan but is not a simple fix. Thanks, Smith Lake Rentals
