ONE OF THE MOST GORGEOUS VIEWS ON THE LAKE!!!!! This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house has everything you need to make your vacation on the lake perfect. Located in the gated community, "Stoney Point" - this home is situated on a beautiful flat lot, providing an easy walk down to the dock, with no steps. In addition, there is a sandy beach next to the dock, which kids love to play on. There are flat screen televisions in the living room and playroom with dvd players and movies for your use. The playroom downstairs has an X-Box with games for the guests' enjoyment. Your entire family can gather around the big dining room table for mealtimes, as it seats 8 comfortably. There is an elevator in the house but it is not in working condition. The gas fireplace is not operational at this time. You will definitely want to spend time on the large covered porch, complete with plenty of seating, 12-15 chairs and rocking chairs - as you enjoy the spectacular views of beautiful Smith Lake. Come experience the scenic beauty of the lake from this spacious house! This house has DISH television service and WIFI Internet. Cell Service: ATT and T-Mobile are good; Verizon is limited. Large Charcoal only grill. The neighborhood has a quality boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. You can put your boat in and get back to the house (by car and boat) in 15 minutes.The dock has two covered boat slips which are available for the renters' use. Boat slips are 10'x27' and 11'x27', no lift. Dock goes dry at 501 MSL. Google "Smith Lake Water Level" for current level. 510 msl is summer, 496 msl is winter. No power on the dock. There is also additional parking and a children's playground and pavillion located at the community boat ramp. GARAGE IS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR GUEST'S. OWNER USES IT FOR PERSONAL USE. The sleeping accommodations are as follows: Bedroom #1: Queen bed - Main level - private bath Bedroom #2: Queen bed - Main level Bedroom #3: 4 twin beds and 1 bunk bed - Downstairs - private bath Bedroom #4: Queen bed - downstairs - private bath Bedroom #5: Queen bed - upstairs - private bath Additional sleeping - Futon downstairs in playroom Max Occupancy: 18; Sleeps in beds: 14. 1 1/2 baths on main level, 1 full bath upstairs, 2 full baths downstairs RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE

upon arrival, the front door keypad was dead, leaving us stranded until a neighbor helped us locate an emergency contact—an unacceptable failure in access. Inside, the house is old and needs renovation, and we dealt with plumbing issues in the bathroom. Furthermore, no toiletries were provided, and most concerningly, most rooms were locked/closed (including the garage), making it feel like we paid to rent only half the property.
We’re sorry this guest was disappointed in their stay. They stayed the entire time and we had difficulty getting them to check-out on time. The door keypad battery had died unexpectedly, but our 24-hour support team responded immediately, and the guest accessed the home within five minutes using the backup key.<br/>The listing clearly notes that the garage is reserved for owner storage; all other areas were available. We also provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.<br/>During the stay, a plumbing issue occurred due to a blockage, which required professional service. The guest also departed over an hour late and left the home in very poor condition, including garbage in the house.<br/>We take pride in prompt service and accurate property descriptions, and we regret that this guest’s account does not reflect their full experience.

Great view, but dirty!
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a wonderful layout and a great view, but it is very dated. There were cobwebs and thick dust on many surfaces. Cabinet knobs were sticky and there was visible evidence the floors were not properly swept or mopped. We alerted the manager and he immediately sent someone. Sadly, she wasn’t too excited to fix her mistakes. The mildew smell in the basement made guests sick and the green film in the upstairs shower was gross. Though the actual property was pretty, I don’t think I’d choose this house again.

The location on the lake was awesome, a lot of room for tubing and kneeboarding. The house is beautiful with plenty of room. I just wish the elevator worked because we had one kid on crutches. We will be back in 2 weeks, can’t wait.

Would like to know in advance about small appliances I.e. blender, griddle, crockpot. Great being close to the little park area and boat launch ramp. Oh yeah, bottom floor needs damp rid or dehumidifier, kinds musty, and no exhaust fans in the bathrooms doesn’t help. However it was an awesome week with my children and grands!!!
Great Views is a excellent name for this home.
We have stayed here 4 times and each time we say it can’t get any better. But it does. We love it here and plan to book soon for another great views vacay.
We had an enjoyable weekend. The house was great for our large group. We played in the water, caught some fish and relaxed on the deck and patio. The kitchen is good size and allowed for lots of people to help cook the meals. 2 refrigerators was a great bonus as we had a ton of food. We would stay again.

Dock was great 6. cleaning was good except for Cons listed below Con’s 1. Trash in drawers and stashed other places behind things 2. Wet paper towels stashed with extra bedding – we could not use when needed 3. No bedding for futons 4. A/C quit working overnight – did have someone out to fix next afternoon– but we had to go to Walmart to buy fans for main floor that night 5. missing 3 trash cans in bathrooms – we had to go to walmart and buy new 6. had 5 sets towels for 14 people – we bought new then found the other ones in the dryer 7. Fridge had strong odor of fish 8. Fridge still had some groceries from the last person there 9. Drawers still had clothing from last person there 10. Walmart closest store and takes 32-40 minutes to get there – we lost a lot of time buying essentials above 11. Front bedroom has no fan and was very hot – told that house has a/c limit of 70 degrees While we liked the house, yard, boat dock, the cons and all the trips to walmart were a time sucker. With an extra hour of cleaning, most of this would not have been an issue. As it was, we just kept finding the next thing wrong which was difficult.
