Gentle slope to water! Large great room with 30 foot, tongue-in-grove ceiling with antler chandelier, kids loft area, and double-sided, wood burning, stone fireplace. Separate balconies overlooking the Lake for 3 of the bedrooms, one balcony with two seat swing off the kitchen and dining room. Very nice kitchen (gourmet) and dining with round table seating 8 and bars (2) seating another 6. The downstairs also has a kitchen , pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, and separate stereo with Bose 901 speakers, and a second set of washer/dryer. Large flat-screen TVs in basement and in main level great room. 4 bedrooms upstairs, each two share a full bath and shower. Outside you have a very large backyard for football and other activities, as well as a boat house for enjoying the water. Boat house has a swim platform and a ladder. One boat slip is available for renter's use and 2 jet ski ports are in the other slip and available for use. A boat can be tied up to the side of the dock. Slip is 10 x 26 feet. Yearround water at the dock. If water is over 510 MSL the walkway will be under water. 510 is summer pool. check water levels at No More Than 20 people in house at Once; No More than 5-6 Cars at Once. Gas grill, connected to house propane. Also, charcoal grill available for use (bring your own charcoal). Fire Pit seen in video is no longer functional.
