These include a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and an outdoor deck, all seamlessly connected. Additionally, it also features a near-zero entry shower for added convenience. There is also a finished basement which has a wood burning fireplace and 2nd master bedroom area.
Just a few short steps and you are on the covered boat dock in year round water. Sunsets will capture you from this scenic waterfront lot.
This property is very convenient to Duncan Bridge Marina as well as shopping in Jasper/Birmingham. 1 boat slip is available for renter's use, no boat lift, no power on dock. Two jet ski ports.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Wonderful, beautiful & easy!<br/>Flat rock had everything we needed for a relaxing little vacation with our family. Perfect location by water and land. Beautiful home with comfortable bedding. Easy walk to water and back.
Great location on the lake. The upstairs and downstairs were great. There was a feeling of togetherness, but also spacious enough for everyone.
Flat Rock Cabin was even better than expected. Plenty of room for 9 adults and teenagers. Easy access to the dock and lake. Peaceful and private with a beautiful view. Will definitely come again!

This location was beautiful and convenient for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration. It was easy to get into Jasper for the fun restaurants. In addition, the kitchen worked for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. <br/>The beds were comfy. The fireplace was a nice touch! This was our second time at this lovely home. We would come again.
