Pet-friendly! Three bedroom / 2.5 bath house located on beautiful Smith Lake. This house boasts an open floor plan with a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Dining area seats 6 comfortably.

Sleeps 11 in beds. Maximum occupancy : 12.

Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom - King size bed , Twin size bed with trundle - Main level

Bedroom 2: King size bed- main level

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed - second level - Loft is open ceiling to living room below.

Additional sleeping downstairs on lower level: Twin over Queen size bunk bed. (There is a 1/2 bathroom on the lower level).


This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs maximum.

Wifi available. Streaming television.

There are approximately 64 steps down to the dock. Dock has one boat slip available for the guest's use. Lily pad at dock. One swing and 4 chairs are on the dock. Solar power on the dock.

NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
