Bedroom 1: Queen size bed - main level - ensuite with no door, TV Bedroom 2: Full size bed - main level Bedroom 3: Full size bed - main level Bedroom 4: Full size bed - lower level Bedroom 5: Full size bed - lower level Bedroom 6: Full size bed - lower level Bedroom 7: Twin size bed - lower level Dock with one boat slip available, 2 PWC ports. Lilypad float. Security camera: Ring doorbell. Wifi Internet and Streaming available. PEAK SEASON: 3 night minimum; OFF-SEASON: 2 Night Minimum. Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates) Week of 4th of July is a 5 night minimum. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Worn down Property. Bugs in house, moldy smell on the interior, mold dirt, unkept furniture, lack of lawncare, weeds out of control. Our family could not stay here and requested another booking at a different location. It was granted and dealt with professionally with Andrea and Ben. My mistake for booking. Pictures look alot better than the reality at arrival. This VRBO should be taken off the rental marking. Potential vacation disaster, but Andrea and Ben saved the day by granting an upgraded property which we enjoyed.
We were not aware of the issues you encountered prior to your visit, and we have taken care of them now. We appreciate your patience and understanding and glad that we were able to get you into a wonderful home so you could enjoy your vacation! Please come back and visit us again!

Lake vacay
We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and nice house. Wish the beds were bigger than doubles/twins. The air took forever to cool down to a comfortable temperature. It would have been nice if the steps down to the water had been trimmed of weeds and vines and that the spider webs had been cleaned off of of the dock. Other than that, we enjoyed our time on Smith Lake.
