5 bedroom/ 2.5 baths located in Arley, Alabama! Sleeps 14 in beds. Maximum occupancy: 14. Come enjoy the long views from upper and lower decks; or sit around the lakeside patio fire pit at night! Easy walk down to the dock (20 steps) with 2 boat slips (10' x 28') available for guest's use, as well as a swim platform. There is one boat lift available - V-hull. Dock has power available and also 2 PWC ports for jet skis or other personal water craft. There is one canoe at the dock. Downstairs, guests can play foosball. Also large screen tv and couch in basement. Spacious living room and dining area. 65" inch Smart TV with a DVD player. Bring your own DVD's. Dining area seats 8, with additional seating at the bar (4) and also outside table on the deck seats 6. Bedroom 1: King size bed - TV in room - main level Bedroom 2: 2 Queen size beds, 2 Twin size beds (sleeps 6) - lower level Bedroom 3: King size bed - lower level Bedroom 4: King size bed - lower level Bedroom 5: King size bed - lower level Weber charcoal grill. Wifi Internet. No cable. Streaming available. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

The home was perfect for our family of four and could definitely accommodate more people comfortably. The kids stayed in the basement and enjoyed the table tennis and foosball.The house was well kept, with the exception of the patio space down by the firepit, which had weeds growing over it. Another small thing to note is that you may need to bring your own grilling tools. They seemed to be missing from the property.

The house was great for our group! Amazing view and quiet area. The house was great for our relaxing vacation and had plenty of space to gather inside and outside. We had an awesome stay!
Overall, we had an enjoyable Father’s Day weekend with family. There doesn’t seem to be adequate reviews for this home. I find them to be very helpful when spending a lot of hard earned dollars. Hopefully this will help others in making a decision on renting or not renting this home.Pros: The cabin was overall clean. More than enough space for the amount of people we had (9). Two living areas was nice to have. The kids enjoyed foosball. The decking has been updated since pictures were taken. Downstairs air keeps it cold at night for cozy sleeping. Wonderful view of the lake and great spot for floating by the dock. Deep water off dock. Cons: Although it is advertised as “no pets allowed”, there have been pets here as evidenced by the white dog all over entry rug and other areas. The family members with allergies also had itchy skin and noses. There is a leather chair with 10 pieces of upholstery tape in living room. Just get a new one. As stated in the pros, the cabin was overall clean and new decking installed, but the grounds of this cabin have not been well maintained. There are weeds as tall as the balcony and growing all in the walkway and staircase. The outdoor furniture on the bottom deck is falling apart. The dock needs a scrub. It could be a beautiful cabin but the lack of care on the outside makes it fall short - a juxtaposition to the well-maintained. For the 2k for 3 nights, more care should be given to the property. It has potential to be great!
