Come experience the beauty of Smith Lake at "Cabin at Eagle Cove"! Located in a serene cove with minimal traffic, this beautiful property is ideally located near Duskin Point Marina and Smith Lake Dam, promising a memorable stay on the shores of Smith Lake. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house will provide you everything you need for a perfect getaway and relaxing vacation with family and friends. Enjoy time outside on the new dock with swim pier during the day, kayaks, paddle boards and lilypad. Relax around the lakeside fire pit in the evening or grill on the gas grill (connected to main propane gas line). Fully equipped kitchen - with seating for 4 at kitchen table, 2 at the bar; and additional seating for 8 more at table underneath covered deck. Layout of bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King size bed. - located on main level - Also has a pack n' play for babies. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - located on upper level Bedroom 3: Queen size bed - located on upper level Bedroom 4: Two twin size beds, Bunk bed (twin over twin); and twin size bed with trundle - located on upper level - This room has a 50 inch television. Lakeside dock offers a swim pier and single boat slip for the guest's use. 27x10' boat slip. There are approximately 20 steps to the dock. Kayaks, paddle boards and Lilypad float for Guest's use! PET - FRIENDLY PROPERTY with payment of pet fee. Please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs maximum. Security cameras located outside at front and rear of house. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. House sleeps 12 in beds. 12 maximum occupancy. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL GUEST HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

This house is new construction directly on the lake. The host was communcative via text message; offering an extended stay and reasonable when we accidentally caused some damage. The area was nice and we would definately return during boating season.
We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again in the future.

We apologize about the hot water. We were not informed. If so, we would have sent out maintenance team immediately. Parking can be difficult around the lake. The driveway needs to be described in listing 90 degree downhill <br/>Parking needs to be addressed <br/>The back deck is not kid friendly the cables need to be less than 4” apart <br/>Smoke alarms go off with fireplace, second floor hot water to cold adjust shower handle,

Also, regarding the smoke alarm and the shower handle, had you reached out to us during your stay, we would have come over and taken care of these issues. Our maintenance department will address these immediately. The driveway is not 90 degrees (that would be a vertical angle). We feel that it is fairly represented in the photos of the property.
