"Butler Branch Point" property - Beautiful lake home located in Arley, Alabama. Located on a private point, gorgeous spot on the lake, conveniently near Duncan Bridge Marina. You will love spending time outdoors on this awesome flat lot, there is a large yard for kids to play. Enjoy a game of badminton or corn hole with your friends and family! This property has an easy walk down to the dock, where you can swim off the swim pier, or explore the lake in the kayaks (2 kayaks for guest's use). Sleeps 10 in beds, Maximum occupancy 12. Bedroom Layout: Bedroom 1: King size bed - main level Bedroom 2: Four twin size beds - second floor Bedroom 3: Full size bed - second floor Bedroom 4: King size bed - second floor This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs maximum. Great private dock with swim pier. 2 boat slips available for the guests' use. ** NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. ** PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE

Absolutely stunning location on Smith Lake and super convenient to Duncan Bridge. While the home is a bit older, it has plenty of space and had everything our group of 10 needed for a wonderful weekend on the lake. I would book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home close to Duncan Bridge with comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, great reclining furniture, pretty views of the water, nice enclosed porch, easy walk to the pier, plenty of room for a kayak trailer with covered parking. Clean and nice home with a generator when the power went out.
