About This Property
Located on beautiful Dismal Creek with large, sunset views. This gorgeous home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, and multiple outdoor decks. It sleeps 12 people in beds comfortably with a 12 person maximum occupancy. Dining room table seats 8 and there is even more seating outdoors with the view of the lake (seating for 12 more outside).
Entertainment items downstairs include a pool table for the evenings and rainy days, game table, games, DVD's, and smart television.
Yearround water at the dock! One boat slip is available for the renter's use. It is 11' x 30'. There is power on the dock. For your peace of mind and safety, this dock contains 24/7 protection via Dock Lifeguard which is a system installed to detect any potentially lethal rogue electrical current present in the vicinity of swimmers. A loud alarm notifies of the potential danger.
Also for the guest's enjoyment, 2 kayaks are provided (bring your own life vests), and a Fire Pit for enjoying cool nights!

Great location house with boat slip
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location with great large water views and a boat slip for guest use. The boat slip was a huge advantage since we brought a boat with us. The house was clean and accommodated our large family. The grill and fire pit though needed some love though and we were unable to grill burgers or make smores.

A very lovely home
Most notable about the home was the cleanliness! The house was spotless, it unusual to walk into a rental and not feel like you have to clean some before you can relax and enjoy the space. It was a little cool so we did not get to enjoy the dock much but we did make use of the pool table and the card table that were downstairs. Plenty of room for cooking in the kitchen with everything we needed and plenty of room for dining. We enjoyed our three night family getaway to just hang out and spend time together.

We had a great time staying here. The lake is amazing. There were 10 of us ranging from age 4 to 89. Accommodating us was not a problem. There was room to spare. We cannot wait to plan our next stay! There wasn't a single issue with our stay.
