The property boasts a dock with two covered boat slips available for renters, ensuring you can make the most of the stunning lake surroundings. A swim dock with a ladder adds to the waterfront enjoyment. No need to worry about steps – the convenience is at your doorstep. With living areas and full kitchens on two floors, "THE ARCHES" provides flexibility and convenience. The expansive back deck offers a picturesque view of the water, featuring both covered and sunlit sections, complete with ample seating for you to savor breathtaking sunsets. Fire up the Weber 22.5" charcoal kettle grill for a delightful outdoor cooking experience. Escape the warmth of the afternoons on the fully covered lower patio or head to the upstairs bunk room, where kids can hang out with a ping pong table and TV for their entertainment. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Beautiful house

The views of the lake were absolutely stunning. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The location was quiet yet convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood. Every room on every level was clean and spacious for our big group, and had everything we needed. Some were enjoying the fireplace while others enjoyed the lake view. We would highly recommend it.

Reviewer Comments: Our family gets together each summer on Smith Lake and the Arches has enough room for our large group. Each room having a bath room is a big plus. Suggestion for improvement: For what is charged for rent for a week, would expect better quality grills or to at least replace existing with new. Makes grilling for a large group a challenge. Also downstairs kitchen is very poorly stocked with silverware, cooking pans/pots, etc. Not convenient to go upstairs to take from upstairs kitchen inventory

The only minor shortcoming was there were items not available; tea towels, vacuum, scissors; only small items that probably just haven't been replaced/reported. Freezer on 2d floor did not freeze, only cooled and fridge handle on 2d floor was loose.
This place is awesome! Especially for multiple families or couples. The pictures do not do it justice - way bigger and roomier than the listing shows. Each bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom PLUS a bunk room with 4 bunk beds and its own bathroom. There are couches and daybeds too so a lot of people can stay comfortably. There are also 2 full kitchens and 2 full laundry rooms. The house has a boat dock and is on a beautiful part of the lake. I have nothing bad to say about this rental. We not only would stay there again but have recommended this house to everyone. There were fresh flowers in both kitchens when we arrived which made for a very welcoming entrance

wifi didn't work so the TV didn't work, we used personal hot spots so people could watch football and Thanksgiving parade. <br/> Got cold and tried to use the gas fireplace, didn't work. family members work in that field and said the gas to it was turned off, I trust my family members. <br/> For the cleaning fee having to take the trash to the road and remove you bedding and put your towels in the washroom is crazy.
We are so sorry for your inconvenience. As per your rental agreement, we cannot guarantee Internet usage. Some of our properties are located in very rural areas, and the wifi Internet can be spotty at best. Again, we apologize for your inconvenience and hope that you will come back and stay again at one of our Smith Lake Rentals properties.
Great place for ladies retreat
The fans were all dirty, they needed bath mats for stepping out of the tub or showers, and more regular towels for each room. we do love it here.
We are so happy that you had a wonderful time enjoying the beauty of Smith Lake. We apologize for any deficiencies you found. We will have our cleaning staff address the ceiling fans and bathmats immediately. We supply one bath towel and one washcloth per person that the house sleeps (24). This is standard and in our instructions. Again, we hope that you will come back and stay again with us at Smith Lake Rentals.
