The dock, with power available, offers a scenic spot to enjoy Smith Lake, although please note that the boat slip is not included in the rental, as the owner's boat will be on the lift during the summer. For guest's use there are: one paddleboard, one canoe, and one child's kayak.

Please note: Attic sleeping area is accessed by a ladder. It is designed for kids and not easily accessible for adults.
Dock has power available on the dock. Boat lift is not included in the rental. Owner's boat will be on the boat lift during the summer. Dock is in seasonal water.
The dock hits the ground at 500MSL. Check depth here: /our-lakes/smith/. Please be aware of low water at dock during off-season.
Note: The owner has Security Cameras installed by the garage with motion light and outside facing the dock.
4 Night Minimum for Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend. 3 night minimum during Off-Season. 3 night minimum during Peak Season.(June and July)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

Great location!
We had a great time at the lake for our annual friends lake wknd. This house had a great location close to Smith Lake Park and Brothers Restaurant.
Great place but could use a few improvements
We loved our stay. The layout of the house was very nice for multiple families. The attic space with twin beds was a great amenity, but could not be utilized. Even with air set to 70 (we were instructed to not go below that), the attic space couldn’t get cool enough to sleep in. A simple remote controlled wall unit would be great to help that. There is no available storage in the house, all closets and some cabinets are locked. They did provide clothing racks, but those really seemed to just take up space. We would have loved a broom to be able to sweep the porch and deck off. The deck furniture could also use a wipe down. One of the doors upstairs would not close all the way and we were unable to use tv. The property manager was very easy to contact and offered a solution to us not being able to locate the paddle for canoe and the tv but by the last night we weren’t concerned about it. Overall I would recommend this property on Smith Lake, but some improvements could definitely be made.

get away gem
property was a very cool spot but the house needs some attention; upstairs bedroom doors doesn't pull shut, smelly dish rags needs to be replaced, spider web in downstairs bedroom and driveway needs lighting for night arrival. Also, thermostat for heat was programed and we couldn't raise the temperature.
