Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. Sleeps 14 in beds. The home boasts two large lake facing covered porches from where you can view the lake. Kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to cook, including an Air fryer and cooking spices. The indoor dining table seats 8, plus there is seating for 3 at the bar, and the kitchen table seats 4. The house has Smart TV's, with Dish satellite, and internet is available. Lower level has 5 player card table, sectional sofa and television for relaxing after hours. Other amenities include: Cornhole game, Pac-man game table, lilypad, paddle boards. Outdoor fire pit for chilly nights!
