RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. This beautiful home located close to Duncan Bridge has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 15 people in beds with a 16 person maximum occupancy. There is a master bedroom with private bath on both floors. One bedroom on the main level, and four bedrooms on the lower level. The dining room table seats 8-10. "Lake Life 105" features a game room with a foosball table, skeeball and video games. Charcoal Grill. There is a salt water swimming pool overlooking the lake with a poolhouse. The pool is open April 1 - October 1. There are 4 single lounge chairs and one double by the pool.
