Enjoy the lovely screened-in room by the lake providing a serene spot to relax. You will be conveniently situated just minutes from Rock Creek Marina. Fully equipped kitchen - with seating for 8. Layout of bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen size bed - main floor- full size bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - main floor - full size bathroom on the hall Bedroom 3: King size bed - second floor - master bedroom - with pack and play and toddler bed - private bath Bedroom 4: queen size bed - second floor - master - private bath  Loft with a twin bed. WiFi Available. Lakeside dock offers a swim pier and one boat slip for the guest's use. No boat lift. Two kayaks available on the dock. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.
