It is like your own personal cove. This is one of the most beautiful spots we offer on the Smith Lake. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an outdoor entertainment building for gathering together. There are three refrigerators for your convenience and storage needs. Four new televisions (32 inch upstairs in childrens' sleeping area, 40 in. on the main level, 55 inch in the lower den, 55 in. in the outdoor entertainment building). Gas grill. This house is located on a beautiful 3 acre private lot which backs up to natural forest and Clear Creek Recreation area. Gorgeous aluminum double decker dock, swim dock and fishing pier. Easy walk to the dock with zero steps. One slip available for renter's use. Size of slip: 9' x 24' with an 8' ceiling. Power on dock. Paddle boat for the renters use as well as a corn hole game for the yard. The owner just added a lakeside firepit with provided firewood. The house borders Clear Creek Recreation area, which is great for hiking and sight seeing. PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week - 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum - OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night min. and 30% discount (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
